CHIEF ACADEMIC OFFICER
Hardin County Schools wants to reduce social and educational barriers for students and their families. Our district offers a wide range of educational opportunities that accomplish that goal.
- The home/hospital program offers education for students that will be absent for more than 12 consecutive days for medical reasons.
- Alternative programs offer different avenues for students that have trouble learning in a traditional classroom.
- Family Resource & Youth Service Centers offer some basic needs for families and remove barriers to learning.
- School-Aged Child Care (SACC) provides a program for students who need to stay at school for an extended time while a parent/guardian finishes a workday.
