I am Betsy Jeffries Hobbs and I am beginning my 24 year in the Hardin County School District.  I am a life-long resident of Hardin County and am married to my husband of 19 years, Joseph Hobbs.  We have three sons who attend Hardin County Schools.  I earned my undergraduate degree at Austin Peay State University and my master's degree at Western Kentucky University.  I also achieved my Rank I by completing the National Boards Certification Program.
